| Meet the translators: Alessandra and Francesca We have 25 years' experience in translating from English, Spanish, and French into Italian.
We have translated over 150 books and over 50 articles and have written about 30 books.
To get the best results, we work together on each translation, double-checking for mistakes.
Our clients are major Italian publishers, such as Einaudi, Mondadori, BUR, Neri Pozza, Il Saggiatore, as well as foreign authors, Italian magazines, translation agencies, and private companies. We are admission officers for the Italian Interpreters and Translators Association.
We participate in STRADE Mentoring program as mentors helping young translators in their work. |

Our awards
In 2021 we received the Italian national translation prize from the Ministry of Culture.
In the last few years, we received three translation grants from the Canada Council for the Arts and one from Pro Helvetia, the institution promoting Swiss culture abroad.
